She has many years of experience in tax consulting and in managing a broad portfolio of clients, including international corporate clients. An expert in creating business strategy, with particular expertise in the UK market.

In recent years, she has added consulting in customs litigation and regulation to her range of skills, which she carries out on behalf of J. Dauman Logistics Ltd.

With a deep understanding of the intersection between business and the public sphere, he advises organisations on public affairs and the legal dimensions of crisis situations.

He works with companies belonging to some of the largest corporate groups in Poland, as well as local authorities in major Polish cities. He leads negotiations in transactional and dispute-related matters, often involving values exceeding hundreds of millions of PLN. His most significant professional projects to date have been delivered for the energy, media and aviation sectors.

He began his career in law firms before gaining experience as an in-house lawyer within large organisations. He effectively combines legal expertise with strong business competencies — with extensive experience in team management as well as in overseeing the financial operations of complex organisations. Throughout his career, he has frequently appeared as a speaker and trainer.

He graduated in Law from the Jagiellonian University, alongside studies in Management and Marketing. He also completed postgraduate programmes in Taxation (Cracow University of Economics) and European Union Law (Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University).
