International Economic Mission – Promotion of the food industry of the Świętokrzyskie region.

Between August 23rd and 25th, an international economic mission took place with the aim of promoting the food industry in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, Poland. Among the invited participants was Grażyna Jaworska, Managing Director of J. Dauman Logistics, representing the J. Dauman Group.

Our mission as the J. Dauman Group is to support entrepreneurs in their development and international expansion. One important aspect of fulfilling this mission is building networks and sharing our expertise. A unique opportunity for this was our participation in the international economic mission.

Upon the invitation of the Marshal’s Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, representatives from 5 countries – Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Germany, and the United Kingdom participated in the mission. The delegations consisted of entrepreneurs, journalists, traders, and importers operating in the food industry. The initiative aimed to promote businesses from the Świętokrzyskie region, which is one of the national leaders in the production of apples, cherries, tomatoes, and other products.

The mission began with an opening gala dinner. On the following day, mission participants visited six local businesses engaged in the production of NFC juices, fruit concentrates, wine, fruits, and dairy products. During these visits, delegation members had the opportunity to closely observe the entire production process and engage in discussions with the management.

On the third day of the mission, the delegations participated in the 9th edition of the conference “Export and Trade Potential of the Świętokrzyskie Food and Food Processing Sector.” The local food sector was well represented in addition to the mission participants. As part of the conference, a panel discussion titled “Prospects for food processing products exporting to priority international markets” took place, where one of the experts was Grażyna Jaworska. The final day of the mission also included a series of one-on-one meetings between mission members and entrepreneurs, providing an excellent opportunity to establish new business relationships and discuss potential cooperation.

“Participation in the economic mission was an exceptional opportunity to get to know entrepreneurs from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship operating in the rapidly growing food sector,” said Grażyna Jaworska, Managing Director of J. Dauman Logistics. “The chance to closely observe the operations of manufacturing companies during the study visits was a unique experience. I also appreciate my participation in the conference, where apart from being on the panel, I had the opportunity to engage in many interesting direct conversations with entrepreneurs. Such events are excellent tools for expanding one’s network, which is one of the most crucial assets in business development and international expansion.”

We would like to thank the organizers of the mission, the Marshal’s Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, for the invitation, as well as for the hospitality extended to the manufacturing companies where the study visits took place: Dreher Poland sp. z o.o., Sambor sp. z o.o., Winnica Płochockich, Grupa Refal, and Okręgowa Spółdzielnia Mleczarska in Bidziny. We also express our gratitude for the fruitful discussions with the representatives of Mastermedia and PPH EWA-BIS companies.
